# Eligibility

> Who can invest in iBTCY

iBTCY is available exclusively to qualified institutional investors who meet specific eligibility criteria.

## Eligible Investors

* **Professional Investors** as defined under applicable securities laws
* **Qualified Investors / Qualified Purchasers** meeting applicable regulatory thresholds

Eligibility is determined by the issuer in its sole discretion.

## Age

You must be **18 years of age or older** to access onboarding and invest.

## Minimum Investment

| Minimum Subscription | 100,000 USD equivalent in BTC |
| Minimum Redemption   | 100,000 USD equivalent in BTC |

## Not Eligible

  | **BVI Residents**            | Not offered to BVI public                                               |
  | **Sanctioned Jurisdictions** | Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Syria, Russia, Belarus, Crimea/Donetsk/Luhansk |
  | **Retail Investors**         | Professional investors only                                             |

## Wallet Requirements

**Accepted:**

* Self-custody wallets (hardware or software)
* Institutional custody (Fireblocks, Copper, Anchorage, BitGo)
* Safe multisig wallets

**Not Accepted:**

* Exchange wallets (Coinbase, Binance, Kraken, etc.): cannot verify ownership

## Ongoing Compliance

Investors must:

* Maintain accurate identity information
* Notify the issuer of any change in eligibility status
* Comply with ongoing monitoring requirements

False or misleading information may result in rejection, forced redemption, or reporting to authorities.
