# Platform and issuer

> How SD Global Capital (issuer) relates to Plexus Labs (platform operator)

Public documentation describes two separate legal relationships. Read this page before using the Aarc platform or investing in iBTCY.

## Two entities

| **Plexus Labs Pte. Ltd.** (Singapore) | Operates the Aarc platform (website, app, onboarding flows); technology and data-processing counterparty | Singapore              | SIAC arbitration in Singapore for platform disputes, as set out in the Platform Terms of Service |

Using `docs.aarc.xyz` or `app.aarc.xyz` does not, by itself, make Plexus the issuer of iBTCY. Investing in iBTCY is a separate agreement with SD Global Capital Limited under BVI law.

The Subscription Agreement, Deed Poll / Note instrument, and related Transaction Documents govern your investment in iBTCY and are with **SD Global Capital Limited** only.
